What you will do

As an administrative assistant at Nedal Aluminum, you'll make sure everything runs smoothly in the purchasing department. That means you're busy processing order confirmations and keeping track of purchase prices. You can also call yourself a sleuth and check that deliveries are on time. You'll make calls after late deliveries and act as the first point of contact for our suppliers.
So, if you like to deal with paperwork, answer the phone, and have a touch of detective in you, you'll fit in perfectly with our team of three!

Your qualities

  • Experience in administration, preferably knowledge of procurement processes;
  • Good computer skills, experience with an ERP system is a plus;
  • Mastery of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
