What you will do

As an administrative logistics assistant, you are the final link in the entire process. The link responsible for processing incoming and outgoing goods from customers and suppliers. You will be involved in accepting, checking and repacking packages, as well as various administrative tasks.

  • Accepting, checking and repacking packages.
  • Administrative duties, such as booking shipments and creating and checking transport documents and certificates.
  • Maintain (mail) contact with suppliers and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as purchasing and sales.

Your qualities

For the Administrative Logistics Assistant position, we are looking for someone who recognizes the following:

  • MBO work and thinking level, preferably in a logistics or administrative field.
  • Accurate, organized and an active attitude.
  • Good command of Dutch and English language in word and writing.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
