We’re looking for a motivated Operator to join us and help keep our production running smoothly in a five-shift system. With an average workweek of 33.6 hours, this is not just a great challenge but also offers you plenty of free time to enjoy. Plus, you’ll earn a starting salary of €17.13 gross per hour, with the potential for additional allowances (average of 28.75%), depending on your age and experience. What’s in it for you?

As an Operator, you’ll be integral to both production and packaging, depending on your role as either a Process Operator (focused on making dough) or a Packaging Operator (focused on packing). Your key daily tasks will include:

• Setting up the production line and performing quality checks.
• Monitoring the production process and making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Troubleshooting and adjusting production lines as needed.
• Carrying out minor maintenance on equipment.
• Reporting progress and any issues to keep things on track.

• Previous experience in a similar role as an operator.
• A positive and energetic attitude that inspires your colleagues and creates a lively and motivating environment.
• A team player who communicates well, supports others, and contributes to a great atmosphere.

Bonus points if you have:

• A valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate.
• VAPRO or HACCP certification.
