To keep this process running efficiently, we’re searching for an enthusiastic Operator to strengthen our five‑shift production team. With an average workweek of 33.6 hours, you’ll enjoy a role that’s both challenging and rewarding, while still giving you plenty of personal time.

You’ll start with a minimum salary of €17.48 gross per hour, excluding shift allowances (averaging 28.75%), with your exact pay depending on your age and prior experience.

As an Operator, you play a crucial role in both the production and packaging departments. Depending on your position, you’ll either work as a Process Operator, focusing on dough preparation and baking, or as a Packaging Operator, responsible for efficiently packing the finished products.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Setting up and configuring the production line, along with performing thorough quality inspections;
• Keeping a close eye on the production flow to ensure everything operates efficiently and without interruptions;
• Identifying and resolving technical issues, as well as adjusting production lines whenever necessary;
• Performing minor maintenance on machinery to keep all equipment in optimal condition;
• Documenting progress and reporting any deviations to maintain a smooth and organized workflow.

• Previous experience in a similar operator role;
• A positive and energetic attitude that motivates colleagues and helps create a lively and enjoyable work atmosphere;
• A team‑oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to support others and contribute to a great team spirit.

Bonus points if you have:

• A valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate;
• A VAPRO or HACCP certification.
