We are looking for enthusiastic interns who want to get to know the dynamics of the staffing industry at our Utrecht office. Are you energetic, proactive, eager to learn and available for a minimum of 4 months?
Then we have the ideal learning environment for you.

UBN offers you the opportunity to further develop your knowledge in practice! This is possible within a pleasant organization where fun and development are central! We also provide lunch every day and of course you are welcome at our fantastic staff parties.

  • You will receive an internship stipend of 350 euros (college) and 250 euros (mbo) for a full-time internship week.
  • Working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • There is a laptop ready for you to perform your work to the best of your ability.

What are you going to do

We offer you the opportunity to learn about the staffing industry and the work that takes place at our office on Biltstraat in Utrecht. We will teach you how the process of staffing works, from recruitment of temporary workers to relationship management and sales. You will learn the basic skills needed to make the optimal match between company vacancies and job seekers. You will learn what concepts such as a businesslike attitude, professionalism and workload mean in practice.

Do you have a P&O background? Then we would be happy to teach you everything in the field of recruitment of temporary workers, conducting job interviews, mediating the candidate towards organizations, writing vacancy texts, health and safety legislation, salary administration and collective bargaining agreements.

If you have a commercial background and are looking for a more sales-oriented internship or a combination of the above, we have plenty of opportunities for that.
Together with you, we will put together a set of tasks that you will work on during your internship period

In short, you will have challenging work as well as a lot of responsibility!

Your qualities

Who are we looking for?
- You are following a mbo or hbo study;
- You are available at least 4 days a week;
- You are a team player and flexible in work activities;
- You are looking for a (cooperative) internship for the duration of at least 4 months;

Where will you be working?
You will be working at our Utrecht branch on Biltstraat. Together with the enterprising team of this branch, you will be the business card of UBN in this area!

Where are you going to work?

In 1991, Willem de Groot and his then partner started our first office in Utrecht. They wanted to help job seekers in logistics and industry. And we still do that. With 70 colleagues, we work in Almere, Amsterdam, Apeldoorn, Groningen, Rotterdam and Utrecht. In addition, we are in-house at various customers and operate as a main supplier.

Our head office is in Bilthoven, a building where a large family once lived. Something that fits perfectly with our family culture.
