As an office manager, you are a jack of many trades. You ensure that the office runs and you are a source of questions for colleagues. Good working conditions are therefore not to be missed.
The working conditions for your role as office manager are as follows:

  • A market-based salary between €2,850 and €3,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours);
  • Multiple team outings per year (devised by you, so you're sure they'll be fun);

What are you going to do

Your role cannot be described in one word. You deal with everything involved in an office.
Agenda management, client contact, taking minutes during meetings, preparing quotations, you can do it all. You are the first point of contact for colleagues on the work floor and direct them where necessary.
You manage the planning of meetings, organize team outings, know who to call if the printer is broken and ensure that all office supplies are always present.
You also deal with social media and the organization's website and organize client events or business appointments.
Does something need to be done differently? Then you are the one who sees it and tackles it.

Your qualities

As office manager, you are:

  • customer friendly, positive and a connector;
  • Good at keeping track and working in a structured manner;
  • Have experience in financial administration (exact online);
  • Have experience in marketing related work;
  • someone who is not afraid to take initiatives.

Where are you going to work?

Our client provides (outdoor) trainings, team development trainings and leadership programs. Planning, organizing and tuning of the trainings is done from the office in Utrecht, where a team of about 8 motivated people works.
