In the role of cooperating foreman or foreman, you will be responsible for managing a small team and spend about 80% of your time on executive cleaning tasks. The remaining 20% you focus on managerial and organizational work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties: Actively participate in daily cleaning tasks to set an example for the team.
• Team leadership: Direct and supervise a team of cleaners, including assigning tasks and giving instructions.
• Planning and Organization: Establish work schedules and task assignments to ensure efficient execution of cleaning activities.
• Inventory Management: Ensure sufficient cleaning supplies and materials, and place orders as needed.
• Quality Control: oversee the quality of work performed and ensure that it meets set standards and customer expectations.
• Induction of new employees: Supervise and train new team members so that they become familiar with work processes and standards.
• Communication with customers: Maintain contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and discuss any additional requests or complaints.

As a cooperating foreman or foreman, you possess the following attributes and qualifications:

• A cleaning degree or certificate;
• Experience in a managerial or similar role is a plus.
• A flexible, responsible and communicatively strong work ethic.

Our client is a professional in the field of facility services. Outside of normal cleaning maintenance, they also offer services such as specialist cleaning. for example, window cleaning and carpet cleaning. Or additional services such as courier services or light moving work, among others.
