Assistant Controller

• A salary between €3700 and €5000 euros depending on your experience and level;
• A work week of 32 to 36 hours;
• 8.33%;
• 25.5 vacation days based on full-time employment;

As Assistant Controller you are the right hand of the CFO and together with the CFO you make sure that the financial administration is in order at all times. You will also ensure that the administrators receive the proper coaching and guidance in their tasks.

You will be responsible for:

• Independently handle financial administration;
• Coaching and mentoring administrators;
• You have an advisory role to management;
• Handled general ledger, monthly closings and financial statements;
• Balance sheet calculations;
• Jointly look at where the financial administrative process can be improved;
• Co-responsible for procurement, tenders and contract management;

What is expected of you?

• HBO/WO education in the financial field;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of Excel, Afas or Power BI;
• Affinity for automation and change processes.
