  • Sick leave regulations renewed

When you are sick and unable to work, it is obviously very inconvenient. If you are sick, always call UBN in person. (Always do this before 9:00 or -if you work in shifts- before 16:00). During your illness, Acture will keep in touch with you through text messages and phone appointments. Always respond to these, otherwise they may cancel your sick report. You can read exactly what you have to do and what your rights and obligations are in the renewed sick leave regulations.

Is not everything clear and do you still have questions? Please get in touch with your contact at UBN.

  • Salary on Tuesday

Christmas is almost here. On December 25 and 26, not only is UBN closed, but the banks are also closed. Are you used to receiving your wages on Wednesdays? Then you will now receive it on Tuesday. (One day earlier that is.) That's nice so close to the holidays!

Do you still have questions? Then you can always get in touch with your contact person at UBN.

All UBN Uitzendbureau employees wish you and your loved ones happy holidays and a prosperous 2025!

  • New confirmation of broadcast

When you started, you signed an employment contract and a "confirmation of posting. This confirmation includes your position and salary. It should also state what other agreements apply to your position. The latter has unfortunately not always gone well. Sorry about that. Just to be clear: the salary you received was always paid correctly. We just should have put a little more information about the terms of employment on the confirmation.

We have sent you a new and somewhat more extensive "confirmation of broadcast" by email. This now contains all the agreements we have made. Would you be so kind to digitally sign this new 'confirmation of deployment'. This way we can be sure that you are well informed and have received all the information. We hope you will enjoy working for UBN for a long time to come or look back on a pleasant time at UBN.

If you have any questions about this post, please contact your contact at UBN.

  • Change in pension plan

We would like to inform you about a change in your pension plan. You are currently accruing pension under the basic StiPP scheme. As of 1-1-2024 you will transfer to the plus scheme. What does this mean for you? You are currently accruing 7.4% pension on your pensionable salary. This is the percentage under the basic StiPP scheme. Under the plus scheme, you will accrue 12% pension. So you will accrue more pension. We pay two-thirds of this and you pay the rest yourself.

Do you have questions about your pension and/or this change? Please contact your branch.

Do you have questions about salary, retirement or anything else surrounding your work at UBN? We would be happy to help you further!
